I was teleporting and got in a room with no exits; according to the know location power, it is in skara brae.
Here is the room description:
The Base of a Tall Tower
Before you lies a tall and narrow tower. The only windows appear to be at
the very top, and the walls are so smooth that any attempt to scale the
outside of the tower would prove futile. There is a small archway ahead
of you with a narrow, winding staircase leading up into the tower. A
burly young man wearing orange robes stands guard.

Anyone know anything about this room and how to get in?>
